What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to improve account and opportunity management and pipeline integrity.
• Champion CRM data quality and governance, implementing best practices for reliability.
• Optimize Salesforce administrative processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Manage sales operating cadence, including QBRs, forecasting, and pipeline planning.
• Execute end-to-end review, validation, and calculation of sales incentive programs.
• Lead account allocation and design data-driven quota setting processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Sales or Business Operations experience in a high growth technology company.
• Expert level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience performing regular system audits and acting as a Salesforce superuser.
• High attention to detail and ability to complete responsibilities on time.
