Focus on designing future-state processes, conducting change impact assessments, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

What you will do

• Act as a change advocate to drive engagement and embed new finance processes across the function.
• Provide functional expertise to support stakeholder decision-making regarding finance risks and impacts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate that system configuration reflects agreed business processes.
• Refine change impact assessments to ensure impacts on roles and controls are clearly documented.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario development and script review.
• Validate training materials to ensure accuracy regarding system functionality and finance processes.

Requirements

• Strong operational finance experience in areas such as Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, and Order to Cash.
• Exposure to ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Ability to document and review processes using basic to intermediate process mapping skills.
• Experience working within project teams or supporting large-scale business change initiatives.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Yeovil, UK.
