What you will do

• Verify customer payment activity and account records.
• Reconcile balances across platforms such as Stripe and PayPal.
• Investigate missing transactions, refunds, and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate tracking logs and escalate issues where needed.
• Support operational readiness during a system transition period.

Requirements

• Must be available to start by 8th June 2026.
• Previous experience reconciling large Data/Payments sets.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of payment flows and financial records.
• Ability to manage high volumes of checks efficiently.

• Financial services experience.
