What you will do

• Manage and grow customer accounts through direct collaboration with Market Agent Representatives and customer service.
• Handle the full order lifecycle, including entering, managing, and expediting orders while resolving blocks.
• Analyze market pricing and provide guidance to develop competitive product pricing in collaboration with the MV Accessories Team.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to build trust and long-term loyalty with customers.
• Respond to inquiries from distributors, agents, and outside sales personnel to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide operational continuity by serving as a backup for team tasks during out-of-office scenarios.

Requirements

• Experience in inside sales or account management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage quote requests, sales leads, and product promotions effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to tailor product offerings to meet specific customer needs.
• Capability to analyze market data and generate pricing reports.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Highland Heights, KY
