What you will do

• Lead and evolve the product design practice by establishing scalable processes, standards, and design governance frameworks.
• Act as the voice of the user, ensuring research insights shape product and business decisions from discovery through delivery.
• Oversee and maintain the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across the platform.
• Drive the adoption and integration of AI-powered tools and workflows to improve design efficiency and innovation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to define the long-term product vision and UX strategy.
• Mentor designers and foster a high-performing, collaborative, and quality-focused design culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proven experience leading product design in regulated, clinical, healthcare, or high-stakes environments.
• Strong background in UX, interaction design, and product strategy with a portfolio of user-centered solutions.
• Experience scaling design teams and processes within growing technology organizations or startups.
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers and understand implementation constraints.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the practical application of AI in product design and development.
