What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design quality of the Marketplace, including search, results, listings, comparison, and enquiry flows.
• Partner with Product Managers from inception to shape briefs, challenge assumptions, and drive evidence-based product decisions.
• Address complex design challenges related to accessibility, trust signals, and information hierarchy in a high-stakes domain.
• Develop and contribute scalable patterns and components to the company's design system.
• Utilize AI tooling to accelerate prototyping and iteration cycles.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of product design experience, ideally with marketplace, platform, or strong B2C products.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to engage with problems deeply before designing solutions.
• Portfolio demonstrating a balance of high-quality visual craft and systemic UX problem-solving.
• Experience or enthusiasm for integrating AI tools into the design and prototyping workflow.
• Must be based in the UK to support the company's focus on the UK care sector.
