Location: Hybrid (London) or Remote (must be based in the UK)
Salary: £62,500 – £82,500

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end design quality of the Marketplace, including search, results, listings, comparison, and enquiry flows.
- Partner with Product Managers from inception to shape briefs, challenge assumptions, and drive evidence-based product decisions.
- Address complex design challenges related to accessibility, trust signals, and information hierarchy in a high-stakes domain.
- Develop and contribute scalable patterns and components to the company's design system.
- Utilize AI tooling to accelerate prototyping and iteration cycles.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of product design experience, ideally with marketplace, platform, or strong B2C products.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to engage with problems deeply before designing solutions.
- Portfolio demonstrating a balance of high-quality visual craft and systemic UX problem-solving.
- Experience or enthusiasm for integrating AI tools into the design and prototyping workflow.
- Must be based in the UK to support the company's focus on the UK care sector.
