Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom. Requires ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

What you will do

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to support and scale customers within the DACH region.
• Lead infrastructural and architectural discovery to design tailored technical solutions.
• Create product demonstrations and conduct technical evaluations to validate platform fit against business problems.
• Identify and mitigate technical and business risks during the pre-sales process.
• Communicate customer feedback and market needs to product management, marketing, and sales teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers to ensure successful project implementation and launch.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German speaker (interviews will be conducted in German).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Architect, or Developer in a cloud-based PaaS or SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with modern web technologies including JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, CDNs, and CI/CD.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms such as CMS, DAM, eCommerce, and Analytics.
• Strong presentation skills and high emotional intelligence for managing diverse customer stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with hirify.global or similar SaaS headless CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of MACH architecture and Composable architecture concepts.
• Experience with value-based selling or specific solution selling methodologies.
