What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations including drafting request lists, managing client communications, creating databooks, preparing management meeting materials, and drafting adjusted EBITDA, net working capital, and debt tables.
• Communicate regularly with senior managers, directors, and principals.
• Develop associates and senior associates through coaching and real-time feedback.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks including client work and internal initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in transaction advisory or audit
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
• CPA certification or strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Project management experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed
