What you will do

• Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for accuracy and compliance with current laws.
• Provide technical guidance to tax staff and research complex tax issues.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities, deductions, and credits for clients.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives for tax review workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• CPA license is required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
• Proven experience in tax preparation and accounting.
• Ability to align with Mountain Standard Time (MST) zone.
• Proficiency with computer software and strong organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in public accounting.
• Experience with compiled and reviewed financial statements.
• Proficiency with ClickUp, CCH/Engagement, and QuickBooks.
