TL;DR

Salary: $140K – $155K annually

What you will do
- Plan, manage, and execute audit engagements adhering to standards and deadlines.
- Supervise and mentor audit staff with guidance, training, and feedback.
- Review audit work papers, financial statements, and deliverables for quality and accuracy.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, addressing concerns.
- Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate on risk management, policies, and developments; participate in business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Required)
- CPA or CPA candidate
- 5+ years in CPA firm, 2+ years supervisory; Non-Profit experience (Required)
- In-depth knowledge of auditing/accounting principles (GAAP, GAAS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently/team, detail-oriented, multi-tasking.
Nice to have
- Experience with CCH Engagement, Microsoft Office, Intuit products.
- Uniformed Guidance and Construction experience.
