What you will do

  • Provide first-line support for non-technical issues for hirify.global users.
  • Resolve ticketed support requests from moderators promptly and effectively.
  • Escalate complex problems to specialized teams and ensure their resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in support processes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions and outcomes.
  • Suggest initiatives to increase the scalability and efficiency of community operations using technology and automation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a moderator on hirify.global.
  • Deep knowledge of hirify.global's platform and community dynamics.
  • Experience with customer support software (Zendesk and Salesforce are a plus).
  • Proven track record in providing first-line support in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (German, Spanish, French, or Italian).
