What you will do

- Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions and outcomes.
- Suggest initiatives to increase the scalability and efficiency of community operations using technology and automation.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a moderator on .
- Deep knowledge of 's platform and community dynamics.
- Experience with customer support software (Zendesk and Salesforce are a plus).
- Proven track record in providing first-line support in a customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
