What you will do

• Deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable React/TypeScript code that meets strict maintainability standards.
• Implement complex frontend features and shape API contracts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Improve system observability, performance, and operational excellence across services.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to overall architectural decisions.
• Create and maintain automated testing strategies, including unit and end-to-end testing.
• Support application stability through on-call rotations and proactive issue resolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise with React, Expo, Vite, and TypeScript.
• BS or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Must reside and be authorized to work in Colombia.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• English: C1+ (Expert communicator) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with WebSockets and Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
• Proficiency in integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude) into the development workflow.
• Comfort working across the full stack, including cloud infrastructure.
