What you will do

• Lead the technical design and implementation of features, platform improvements, and large-scale migrations for the marketing website.
• Own end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large projects, from scoping and planning through to production.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, SEO, and Digital Web Experience teams to deliver the next generation of the web presence.
• Write high-quality, reliable code and document architectural designs.
• Mentor junior and intermediate developers through code reviews and coaching.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing and building complex, production-grade client-side web applications.
• Advanced proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and CSS frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and AI-assisted development tools.
• Expertise in web performance optimization, technical SEO, and headless CMS.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Contentful CMS.
• Knowledge of Marketing Technologies and integrations (e.g., Marketo, Chatbots, B2B/B2C metrics).
