What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives for governance and observability working with distributed teams in Romania and Bangalore.
• Support telemetry, Automation Suite, model training, and fine-tuning initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in the development lifecycle from definition to delivery and sustainment.
• Analyze customer needs through telemetry data, user interviews, and direct engagement.
• Monitor team dependencies, remove roadblocks, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Document feature specifications and participate in roadmap review and prioritization sessions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of leading functional teams.
• Strong technical background in infrastructure, governance, observability, and model training.
• Builder mindset with the ability to execute and use coding agents for prototyping.
• First principles thinking and demonstrated ability to scale products from 0 to 1 quickly.
• English fluency required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue.

Nice to have

• Experience working in startups or frontier labs.
• Previous technical roles at Tier-1 tech companies (e.g., Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, or Google).
• Demonstrated history of building and shipping products from scratch.
