What you will do

• Design and execute engagement strategies and programs aligned with mission, values, and business objectives.
• Develop and manage end-to-end employee feedback programs, including surveys and sentiment analysis.
• Analyze employee experience metrics and partner with analytics teams to deliver stakeholder-first reporting.
• Lead the Culture Champions community to ensure the organization's culture evolves with growth.
• Support the organization of employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Facilities to deliver integrated employee experience solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employee experience or talent management within tech or high-growth environments.
• Proven success in designing and delivering employee engagement and listening programs at scale.
• Advanced knowledge of employee listening methodologies, survey design, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of HR technology platforms, ideally Qualtrics.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global and remote teams is a strong plus.
