What you will do

• Own design initiatives optimizing acquisition and conversion across key touchpoints like campaigns, emails, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
• Balance brand storytelling with conversion-driven principles to maximize performance.
• Drive alignment across marketing, product, engineering, and data teams, advocating for design quality.
• Communicate strategy and rationale to senior leadership, translating decisions into business impact.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers for high-quality execution and growth.
• Leverage data, A/B testing, and analytics to refine user journeys and validate decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years in design, 3+ years in growth/marketing/performance design
• Strong leadership to mentor and inspire a team
• Track record of high-performing designs for acquisition and retention
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple teams
• Expertise in visual/product design across growth channels (email, social, websites, onboarding)
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, A/B testing, CRO, user analytics
• AI fluency at least Level 1 (Explorer): uses AI daily for productivity
