What you will do

• Improve onboarding through value proposition and personalized nutrition coaching from UI/UX perspective.
• Drive monetization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) with efficient, innovative design solutions.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and psychology to create resonant strategies.
• Optimize growth funnels to boost user engagement and paid conversions.
• Collaborate with Growth Design Team to maintain market leadership in consumer products.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in world-class consumer products with proven monetization track record.
• Proficiency in UX research and data analytics for design decisions.
• Strong skills in modern mobile app product design focused on monetization-friendly UX/UI.
• Proven web-based CRO experience increasing engagement and conversions.
• Experience turning free users to paying via value positioning and funnel optimization.
