What you will do

• Lead end-to-end discovery processes, identifying opportunities, defining hypotheses, and validating solutions through user research and data analysis.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive and impactful digital product experiences.
• Design low, medium, and high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes aligned with product strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketing, and healthcare specialists to evolve features and products.
• Analyze product performance and user behavior metrics to iterate and improve experiences.
• Advocate for user-centered design culture and act as a strategic bridge between design, product, and business.

Requirements

• Experience as Product Designer in digital products with strong focus on UX and product discovery.
• Strong user research skills including interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and data synthesis.
• Ability to transform complex problems into simple, scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication to present and align ideas with stakeholders.
• Understanding of product metrics, OKRs, and design's business impact.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design workflows like Figma AI, ChatGPT, or Claude.
