Location: Hybrid model with 3 days per week spent in the office
Salary: £92,000 - £115,000 GBP

What you will do
- Own pLTV product roadmap end-to-end driving accuracy improvements, feature coverage expansion, prediction horizons, and integration into creative testing, product roadmap, pricing, and hypothesis validation.
- Partner with data scientists and engineers on feature strategy ensuring reliable production availability.
- Operate release discipline including gated rollouts, shadow-mode evaluation, drift detection, automated retraining, and post-launch calibration.
- Investigate model quality issues like country-level miscalibration, cohort drift, and signal anomalies feeding findings into iterations.
- Scale agentic ML experimentation system to thousands of model runs compounding quality gains.
- Act as product partner to User Acquisition translating model behavior into bidding decisions and aligning attribution strategies.
- Report performance and recommendations in leadership reviews and contribute to Marketing Mix Modeling and incrementality testing.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning machine-learning or data-driven products in production like predictive scoring, propensity, ranking, or forecasting.
- Hands-on delivery in Jira writing specs, defining epics, refining backlogs, unblocking team, plus strategic planning and stakeholder management.
- Partnership with data science and ML engineering on model evaluation, retraining, features, and releases.
- Strong analytical fluency with SQL, model metrics interpretation, and segment/cohort/campaign performance analysis.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across marketing, finance, analytics, and engineering translating technical details to commercial decisions.
- Comfort in fast-paced ambiguous environments balancing platform investments and experimentation.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of mobile/web user acquisition, bidding, attribution, campaign optimization, SKAN/ATT, Privacy Sandbox.
- Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Firebase, SKAdNetwork, GA4.
- Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, causal inference.
- Familiarity with feature stores like Databricks, Tecton, Feast and MLOps tooling.
- Subscription-app, health & wellness, or femtech background.
- Agentic AI or LLM workflows for ML experimentation.
