What you will do

• Drive end-to-end performance of the Flexible Automation portfolio, maintaining full accountability for project margin, schedule execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish best-in-class project governance, deployment standards, and risk management practices for AMR, AGV, and AutoStore solutions.
• Build and lead high-performing delivery organizations capable of executing complex, multi-site automation programs at scale.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Installation, and Product Management to ensure solutions are execution-ready and cost-effective.
• Scale delivery capabilities to support rapidly increasing demand in flexible automation markets.
• Serve as a senior executive sponsor for key customers, driving issue resolution and ensuring long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience leading large, complex, and matrixed technical or solution organizations.
• Proven ability to scale a $200M+ flexible automation portfolio with full accountability for financial and delivery outcomes.
• Deep expertise in AMRs, AGVs, robotics, and hybrid automation deployment at scale.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed project delivery organizations across multi-site implementations.
• Strong program governance capability, including risk management and executive-level escalation handling.
• Must be able to lead regional execution across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
