What you will do

• Manage and oversee multiple sites with site visits to ensure high standards of maintenance and efficiency.
• Prioritize and delegate work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance based on technician skills.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs to identify issues, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and cleanliness.
• Ensure safety compliance through training, audits, and inspections.
• Analyze maintenance data and metrics to generate reports and drive improvements.
• Lead maintenance technicians with performance evaluations and development initiatives.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing maintenance teams and programs.
• Must have multi-site experience.
• Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management preferred.
