What you will do

• Manage and lead proposal processes from request to submittal, handling 6-10 proposals simultaneously with multiple stakeholders.
• Draft proposal responses, outlines, task assignments, and schedules for RFPs/RFIs.
• Coordinate with Technical, Contracts, Legal, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather content.
• Produce clean proposal drafts and perform QA to ensure compliance and quality.
• Research RFP materials, client and competitive intelligence, and service offerings.
• Edit proposals for consistency in message, style, and design.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience on a proposal management team.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Journalism preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe; Salesforce is a plus.
• Exceptional written/verbal communication, time management, organizational skills, and ability to handle complex concepts.
• Self-starter able to work independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; willing to work extra hours as needed.
• Ability to mentor peers and facilitate proposal tools/techniques.

• Knowledge of Proposal Management tools.
