What you will do

• Own group vision, strategy, and roadmap across Financial Experience and ERP Integrations squads, aligning with business outcomes to eliminate accounting shadow work.
• Lead and grow a team of PMs through coaching, 1-1s, and fostering ownership, customer empathy, and continuous improvement.
• Drive execution with bold bets using customer feedback, data, market research, and AI intuition for finance workflows.
• Define ERP integration strategy for fast onboarding, clean data flows into NetSuite, SAP, Xero, QuickBooks, and enterprise reliability.
• Champion finance controller experience from invoice collection and VAT recovery to expense reconciliation and multi-entity reporting.
• Prototype rapidly with AI tools like Claude and Cursor, stay ahead of AI research and fintech trends, manage stakeholders, and represent the group in leadership forums.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, including 2+ years leading teams or managing PMs; proven strategy across multiple squads.
• Strong customer empathy for expense lifecycle, ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Xero, QuickBooks preferred), finance automation, VAT reclaim, invoice management.
• Technical fluency in architecture, APIs, data flows; build vs buy decisions; data KPIs and AI passion with prototyping (Cursor, Claude, Figma).
• Leadership to influence cross-functional stakeholders, excellent communication for strategy narratives, navigating ambiguity in scaling B2B SaaS.
