• Design workflows with engineers and researchers, iterating quickly on user feedback.
• Quantify impact and tie to top-level business outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven track record executing end-to-end on large, complex products in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to abstract complex systems for end-users, engineers, or executives.
• Motivated by high-leverage problems in impactful industries.
• Extreme agency, bias towards action, and hands-on experience with LLMs or quick ramp-up.
• Subject matter expertise or interest in healthcare, supply chain, energy, or finance.
