What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy for Solution 7 (Excel Reporting & Planning), aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify needs in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for NetSuite users.
• Own product roadmap, prioritization, and translation into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead product development with engineering, design, and QA teams through agile lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and sales enablement with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Drive innovation in Excel-NetSuite integration, automated workflows, cash flow analysis, and consolidated reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management in FinTech, Enterprise SaaS, or Financial Services, focused on Financial Reporting, EPM, or FP&A.
• Deep expertise in FP&A cycles, Excel modeling, budgeting workflows, and financial reporting best practices.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially NetSuite experience as user, consultant, or PM.
• Technical fluency for discussions with engineers on APIs and scalable financial software.
• Strategic thinking to analyze markets and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills and agile proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
