What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community groups, and individual fundraisers.
• Develop and deliver fundraising campaigns, specifically the Mission Christmas and Sports Challenge events.
• Identify and secure new partnership opportunities with schools, universities, and local organizations.
• Manage daily administrative and financial tasks, including banking and grant application support.
• Maintain local website and social media platforms with engaging content.
• Drive results based on specific KPIs and financial targets.

Requirements

• Must be based in the South Coast/West Sussex area.
• Previous experience in the fundraising/charity sector or sales.
• Some experience in project or event management.
• Current, full clean UK driving licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
