What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle of help site content, including creation, editing, publishing, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Write player-friendly help articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and account support workflows.
  • Collaborate with release and product stakeholders to ensure patch notes and launch content are delivered on time.
  • Improve information architecture, tagging, and taxonomy to enhance searchability and discoverability.
  • Structure content to support AI-assisted experiences, chatbots, and virtual assistants.
  • Track and report on content performance metrics, including search effectiveness, deflection, and SEO.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in help center, support content, or knowledge base management.
  • 3+ years of experience with content governance, information architecture, and taxonomy.
  • 3+ years of experience using SEO fundamentals and content performance analytics.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate in a user-friendly voice.
  • Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows in high-volume environments.
  • Must be based in the USA (Redmond, WA)

Nice to have

  • Experience in gaming or other fast-paced consumer environments.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk Guide or similar CMS tools.
  • Understanding of how structured content supports AI-assisted support and search automation.
  • Background in entertainment, software, or digital products.
