What you will do

  • Design content systems that support AI search, summarization, and dynamic delivery.
  • Develop content models, defining the structure of content types, relationships, attributes, and metadata.
  • Create and implement taxonomies and tagging systems to improve searchability and reuse of marketing assets.
  • Conduct needs analyses for internal creators and external clients to optimize content consumption and accessibility.
  • Audit existing processes across teams to ensure content is versioned and easily consumed.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to align content with business and user goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of related experience in content architecture or marketing.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Overland Park, KS, US.
  • Strong technical aptitude for categorization systems and Web CMS.
  • Proven ability to design systems that support AI search and dynamic delivery.

Nice to have

  • 8+ years of strategic B2B marketing experience, including demand generation.
  • Experience supporting regional and global deployment of marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of RevOps (MarTech & SalesTech) systems.
  • Expertise in multichannel digital marketing tools, including paid and earned media.
