What you will do

  • Deliver financial targets for allocated customers or applications.
  • Drive growth initiatives and ensure expansion within focus categories of the services business.
  • Analyze customer needs and pain points to generate new business and offer profitable value-driven solutions.
  • Configure solutions that maximize value for both the customer and the company.
  • Create quotes, negotiate deals, and manage contracts in compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and internal portfolio management for product deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production or Mechanical).
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales management, preferably in the food or beverage industries.
  • Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build efficient professional relationships.
  • Ability to structure work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
