What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for all order activities from validation through to delivery.
• Collaborate daily with Production, Engineering, Product Management, and Supplier Management teams.
• Support forecast netting in close cooperation with Demand Management.
• Participate in product development projects to ensure smooth execution of order management processes.
• Utilize the Daily Management System to track and follow up on ongoing projects.
• Proactively manage deviations, escalations, and exceptions throughout the sales order lifecycle.

Requirements

• University degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
• Experience with SAP/ECC/HANA, particularly the SD Module.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be based in Kunshan, China.
