What you will do

• Own enterprise-level architectural direction in data domains, aligning to hirify.global Data strategy.
• Shape business demand, influence problem definition, and guide initiatives to optimal outcomes.
• Identify dependencies, risks, duplication, and opportunities across portfolios to simplify delivery.
• Define, evolve, and communicate the enterprise data architecture North Star and roadmaps.
• Drive governance, provide recommendations and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
• Develop architecture artefacts like capability models and track maturity.

Requirements

• Proven enterprise leadership, setting strategic direction and navigating ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder influence and leadership without authority across teams.
• Experience leading architecture in complex, multi-initiative environments.
• Decision-making balancing strategy with pragmatic delivery, managing trade-offs.
• Excellent communication, translating complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Broad data and technology background; Google Cloud Platform experience beneficial.
