What you will do

• Manage and optimize UA budgets to drive profitable growth
• Execute and scale mobile campaigns on Meta, Google, and emerging channels
• Design and run A/B, multivariate, and marketability tests to improve performance
• Analyze campaign, funnel, retention, and LTV metrics for data-driven optimizations
• Partner with Product, Creative, Data, and Marketing teams on full-funnel improvements
• Identify and scale acquisition partnerships and new growth opportunities globally

Requirements

• 3+ years in User Acquisition, performance marketing, or media buying, preferably mobile gaming/apps
• Proven track record scaling growth via paid channels
• Strong UA KPIs knowledge: CPI, ROAS, retention, funnels, LTV
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta, AppLovin; DSP/ad networks a plus
• Analytical skills, data-driven decisions in fast-paced settings
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership
• BA/BS in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Business, or related

• Advanced Excel, AI tools, data viz (Looker)
• Cross-functional experience with Product, Creative, Data teams
