What you will do

• Take full ownership of UA for Angry Birds Friends, including strategy, execution, and budget accountability.
• Optimize existing network partners for maximum ROI and test/scale new acquisition channels.
• Lead strategy and testing for browser-based game version to unlock new player segments via Web UA.
• Collaborate with Art, Design, and Analytics teams to concept, test, and iterate on high-performing creatives.
• Apply advanced campaign methods across ~15-title portfolio and shape studio-wide growth vision.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights for Head of Growth and leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years hands-on experience in mobile User Acquisition for F2P gaming
• Proven experience with networks like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Applovin, Unity, Moloco
• History of improving business metrics through UA expertise
• Significant experience with data analysis tools to derive business insights
• Understanding of game features/metrics impact on UA and cross-functional collaboration
• CV in English
