What you will do

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities among existing and potential agency clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to up-sell products and services to maximize revenue.
  • Execute outbound sales calls to prospect for new business and close deals.
  • Manage inbound customer service and sales inquiries professionally.
  • Generate weekly reports on sales performance, pipelines, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in telemarketing or indoor sales roles.
  • Strong ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for persuasive articulation.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, tenacious, and self-driven mindset.
