Salary: $190K – $230K

• Lead design for core products including insurance, safety, and repairs.
• Ship 0→1 features modernizing car care experiences.
• Partner with research, product, and data teams to identify opportunities and create impactful designs.
• Build elegant experiences driving engagement and retention.
• Evolve hirify.global’s design system for consistency and scalability.
• Apply AI to enhance speed, clarity, and personalization.

Requirements

• Portfolio showing exceptional visual design, thoughtful UX, and shipped consumer products at scale.
• 12+ years product design experience (agency or in-house), ideally mobile and web.
• Proven end-to-end project ownership from research to launch and iteration.
• Experience building and evolving design systems with engineering.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments shipping quality work quickly.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to align cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketplaces, fintech, mobility, or insurance.
