What you will do

  • Own the design strategy for the MyStore self-serve transformation and future partner-facing product experiences.
  • Translate research and Amplitude data into actionable design directions to remove friction points.
  • Co-own design standards and contribute to Pantry, the unified design system, to maintain simplicity at scale.
  • Help shape the integration of AI into discovery, exploration, and validation workflows.
  • Lead design critiques to raise the craft bar and advocate for the strategic rationale behind designs.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in high-craft product design focused on removing cognitive load for users.
  • Strong systems thinking capability within a marketplace ecosystem.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and use prototyping to test and iterate ideas.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a strong outcome-driven product mindset.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Copenhagen, Denmark (Hybrid)
  • English: Proficiency required for CV and Cover Letter submission

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B platforms or Marketplaces.
  • Background in motion or animation design.
  • Experience utilizing AI-assisted design workflows.
