What you will do

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP FI/CO modules.
• Manage and process incoming SAP tickets and Change Requests (CRs).
• Monitor and optimize systems, including the scheduling of background jobs.
• Collaborate with business departments to record requirements and develop solution concepts for CRs.
• Perform technical implementation using SAP customizing and ABAP programming.
• Support departments in testing and documenting created solutions.

Requirements

• Education in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of SAP customizing and understanding of logistics processes.
• Very good English language skills.
• Broad IT technology knowledge and understanding.
• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Nice to have

• Initial experience with ABAP.
• German language skills.
