What you will do

• Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Customer Service and Field Service processes.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions for Customer Service and Sales modules.
• Provide guidance on Power Platform, including Canvas Apps and Power Automate, to optimize processes.
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and client demonstrations.
• Mentor junior consultants on Dynamics 365 best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver solutions and review implementations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as D365 CE Consultant with expertise in Customer Service and Sales modules.
• CPQ experience is a must.
• Strong understanding of D365 CE capabilities and Power Platform.
• Experience delivering end-to-end D365 CE implementations.
• Must be USA based; no sponsorship or C2C contracts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
