What you will do

• Design and develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Extend Dynamics 365 with plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript/TypeScript, and build integrations using APIs and Azure services.
• Implement Copilot-driven experiences, Copilot Studio agents, and AI Builder for intelligent applications and workflow automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, contribute to architecture decisions, and ensure security, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders in agile delivery, provide estimations, and participate in code reviews.
• Support data migration, governance, and continuous improvement by staying current with Microsoft roadmap and uplifting team capabilities.

Requirements

• PL-400 certification (REQUIRED)
• Mid-level experience (3–5+ years) with Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, DevOps/ALM for Power Platform.
• Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise AI governance, security models, or government/regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI services or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Certifications: PL-200, AI-900/AI-102, MB-210 or equivalent.
