Location: Hybrid (London), must spend at least 2 days a week in the office

What you will do

• Lead functional design and configuration for D365 SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, PIM, and Landed Cost.
• Take long-term ownership of Supply Chain modules to ensure stability, scalability, and compliance.
• Design and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal/external systems.
• Optimize and automate business processes using Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities.
• Manage permanent staff and third-party functional resources.
• Provide training and cross-functional knowledge sharing to enable smooth operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid schedule (minimum 2 days per week in office).
• Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with proven configuration capability.
• Deep expertise in D365 SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Product Information Management, and Landed Cost.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert.
• Strong understanding of the interaction between SCM transactions and Finance modules.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle and ongoing system enhancement.

Nice to have

• E-commerce retail experience and familiarity with order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience with Warehousing and Finance modules.
• Proficiency with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio for process automation.
