What you will do

  • Manage a dedicated book of Mid-Market customers, taking responsibility for their overall success and retention.
  • Build and foster relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders using a consultative approach.
  • Lead strategy conversations to help customers derive maximum value from QuickBooks Money and other financial services.
  • Define success metrics for customers, produce detailed roadmaps, and monitor health to create risk mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and resolve complex inquiries.
  • Identify and qualify growth opportunities within the install base to increase product adoption and ensure retention.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, with at least 2 years managing a dedicated book of business in the mid-market space.
  • Required knowledge of financial services (payment processing, money movement, spend management) or Payroll/Workforce Management solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort navigating financial conversations and handling cancellations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for interacting with key influencers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS and financial software.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, or other CRM and Customer Success platforms.
