What you will do

• Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new partners while nurturing existing relationships.
• Act as the primary contact for partners to resolve issues and support their business objectives.
• Ensure all partner activities align with company business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and events teams to implement market development strategies.
• Represent the company at industry expos, conventions, and seminars, including occasional short-term travel.
• Drive business growth to meet and exceed KPIs set by management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Partnership Management or Business Development within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of success in sales and driving results in competitive markets.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial services sector.
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced global environment.
• Fluency in English and Malay is required.
