What you will do

• Search, identify, and recruit affiliates and KOLs across SEA markets.
• Build and scale a local and regional affiliate network from scratch.
• Conduct daily outbound outreach via Instagram, Telegram, X, LinkedIn, email, and community forums.
• Manage the onboarding process and communicate partnership terms to new affiliates.
• Coordinate promotions, launches, and campaigns while ensuring partners follow brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, Design, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, KOL/influencer marketing, or business development.
• Proven track record in manual search and outbound outreach.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience or strong interest in crypto, trading, and fintech.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Existing network of affiliates or KOLs in the SEA region.
• Experience with CPA, revenue share, or hybrid affiliate models.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools and platforms.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesian, Bahasa Malaysia, Thai, Vietnamese, or Filipino.
