What you will do

• Own strategic direction and measurable business outcomes across the organization.
• Evolve product team processes including planning, rituals, communication, and tooling to accelerate execution.
• Mentor and grow product leaders through coaching and feedback.
• Enhance customer understanding via win/loss insights, personas, and market learning.
• Build alignment with Go-to-Market teams to drive trials, onboarding, retention, and expansion.
• Improve end-to-end workflow delivery with Legal, Content, and Data Ops.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leading 10+ product teams and managing managers.
• Experience scaling product organizations through 50 to 200M ARR growth phases.
• Extensive B2B enterprise SaaS experience with sophisticated users and high-stakes workflows.
• Able to partner effectively with engineering leaders on prioritization and trade-offs.
• Structured, systems-driven thinker with bias for action, strong strategic instincts, and high EQ leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Comfort with AI-first workflows and point of view on AI in product development.
• Technical background for engagement with engineering and data science.
• Experience building genAI-native products.
• Exposure to financial data, credit analysis, or capital markets.
