Product Manager - Credit Risk (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and evolve credit risk product strategy, vision and roadmap across the full customer lifecycle
• Define and prioritise initiatives for acquisition, in-life risk management and collections strategies
• Translate regulatory requirements (FCA, Ofgem, ICO) into actionable product deliverables
• Partner with engineering to scope, size and deliver scalable, data-driven capabilities
• Define KPIs, dashboards and performance frameworks using data for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address real-world credit and collections challenges

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Manager in SaaS, ideally in fintech, credit or utilities
• Track record delivering credit risk or financial decisioning products end-to-end
• Strong understanding of credit lifecycle processes (acquisition, in-life management, collections)
• Deep knowledge of collections-stage credit risk (debt scoring, propensity-to-pay modelling, Gini curves, scorecards, segmentation, DCAs)
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (FCA, Ofgem, CRA data, GDPR)
• Data-led mindset with experience in metrics, dashboards, experimentation and AI-driven credit decisioning
