What you will do

• Build and maintain HubSpot automation workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing sequences to support acquisition.
• Execute multi-channel growth campaigns end-to-end across email, LinkedIn, paid channels, and webinars.
• Plan and deliver company presence at key industry conferences, expos, and virtual events.
• Conduct market and competitive research on US banking and credit union technology to shape campaigns.
• Manage social channels and maintain the website content to keep it aligned with live campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using HubSpot and Google Analytics to surface actionable insights.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in fintech or analytics.
• Hands-on HubSpot expertise in building workflows, lead scoring, and dashboards.
• Proven track record of event execution and digital marketing across multiple channels.
• Must be based in the US Eastern or Central Time Zone.
• Willingness to travel as required for events and client meetings.
• Ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to US banking, credit unions, or financial services.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, or Canva.
