• Review data consumption trends and competitor frameworks to maintain industry-leading standards.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Law (JD or equivalent) with 1-2+ years in contractual frameworks or IP law.
• Proficient data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience advising on license agreements.
• Basic understanding of financial market data value.
• Ability to translate legal risk into commercial advice and influence stakeholders.
