Salary: $150,000–$215,000

What you will do

• Own product capabilities end-to-end, from architectural decisions through production outcomes across orchestration and intelligence layers.
• Build and ship mission-critical AI agents that drive revenue growth in finance, healthcare, telecom, and commerce.
• Define and drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), setting standards for agent development, testing, and evaluation.
• Develop shared platform infrastructure, including agent orchestration, agentic workflows, ML models, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with product leads and end users to understand needs and ensure the platform compounds with every interaction.
• Help shape the AI-native engineering culture and participate in the hiring process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience owning technical direction for a team, product, or company.
• Proven experience putting AI-powered systems into production (LLM integration, prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG).
• Strong systems design and architectural judgment across distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Daily, fluent use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) as a primary way of working.
• Must be based in the USA to be eligible for benefits and employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Background in building loyalty, fintech, marketing, or commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant platform architecture and data isolation.
• Background in ML/data science, including predictive models and personalization.
