What you will do

• Prepare financial forecasts by gathering data from operations, conducting analyses, and aligning with strategic goals
• Lead budgeting process across four markets, identify risks/opportunities, evaluate ROIs, and prioritize investments
• Build financial models and provide analytics on business conditions, performance trends, and competitor benchmarking
• Analyze performance by products, channels, and clients to drive scaling and profitability
• Support Investor Relations through reports and Q&A, and participate in M&A/fundraising with valuation models and due diligence
• Drive improvements in finance functions for innovation and automation in reporting and planning

Requirements

• 7+ years in FP&A, Corp Dev, IB, strategy/consulting
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Tech, or Marketing
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; Master/MBA preferred
• Strong quantitative skills and effective communication
• Motivated self-starter with intrapreneurship mindset
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish best practices
