What you will do

• Manage APAC Control Room activities including wall crosses, market soundings, MNPI controls, and restricted list maintenance.
• Liaise with compliance and business teams on SFC filings and internal inquiries.
• Review and enhance internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist in routine internal compliance monitoring and reviews.
• Track and support regulatory change initiatives related to Hong Kong markets and investments.
• Collaborate as part of APAC, Global Markets, and broader Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in regulatory, investment, and markets compliance.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, structured, and methodical.
• Adaptable problem solver comfortable with technology and systems.
• Calm, concise communicator able to engage with staff across roles and seniority.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SFC filings and regulations.
• Experience maintaining control room restrictions and approving deals for investment teams.
• Success in global matrix organizations.
• Project management skills and experience with Confluence, JIRA, AI models, and workflow tools.
• Familiarity with multi-manager hedge fund model.
